Running 2400 metres in 660 seconds.
Yes, I’ve started running. I got tired of people telling me I’ve put on weight or I have a tummy or I’m fat. Also, personally, I’m not really happy with how I look and feel. I’m so sluggish and lethargic most of the time. I remember a time I used to be slimmer and fitter and really want to have those kind of energy levels at my disposal all the time. So there it is. My goal is to run the 2.4km in 11mins flat. How long it will take before I can actually do that is anybody’s guess but I hope to see improvements in 3 weeks.
This is the plan: Wake up at 6am everyday, take the bus to Bedok Stadium and go round the track 6 times as fast as possible.
Day 1:
Ran 600m
Walked 400m
Ran 400m
Walked 600m
Ran 400m
Time: Slow.
Ahahaha.. Man I’m out of shape. This reason I can’t post an actual time is because I don’t have a watch. And I think I won’t bother timing myself until I can actually run the 2.4km non-stop or if I find a watch, whichever comes first.
