New threads.
I am really feeling contented today. I knew there was this theory that if you’re feeling depressed, buy a new suit and you’ll feel better. Like that joke about the tight underwear and headaches.
So anyway, I didn’t know it’s really so true! I bought a suit today. A grey one from G2000, the one at OUB Centre. My colleague and I decided to buy a suit each for our job and we decided to head for the G2000 at OUB Centre. There was a pre-renovation sale and everything(prices of everything) is slashed down to almost nothing. $249 blazer is now $69. Sure, it was last season’s fashion but who the hell cares. I couldn’t pass up this oppurtunity! Since it was the last day of the sale, almost all the sizes were gone. My colleague couldn’t get the colour he wanted sadly. But I managed to get my suit in my size! wooo… blazer + pants, grand total = $102.
weeheehee… hmm.. all i blog about are material possessions… i’m so shallow.
