Tribulations of Captain Inconspicuous.
I’m No. 1! When you google for Azmi. Hahaha. Ah, ego trip.
So the reason I haven’t blogged for a week is that I’ve been busy. If I’m not at work, I’m at home playing Half Life 2 or Far Cry. The two awesomest games I’ve played this year. Woot! And my new graphics card is really doing well, although, I’m definitely upgrading to the Nvidia 6600GT AGP graphics card when it’s out in Singapore. Yea.
Met up with some of the old guys from SP for a short raya outing on Sunday. Namely Shah, Nizam, Suffi, Halimi, Ayat and Is. Good to see them again all nice and healthy and stuff. I managed to visit only two of their houses though, Ayat’s and Nizam’s. I missed Suffiandi’s house because I had to send a guest to the airport in the evening, for work. And I missed Shah’s house because I overslept and woke up late. Hey, I slept really late on Saturday because of the Daud Session.
And speaking of the daud session… hmm.. we still call it the daud session even if it’s actually ‘Mak’s Place’ that we go to. The spirit of Daud shall live on! Anyway, Yosh and her friends were also there that night and one of them was Anna. She’s looking as cute as always. From those pictures Yosh showed me of her anyway. I’m just betting that she doesn’t read this blog or google for ‘azmi’. Well, she’s just eye candy anyway coz I hardly know her. It was nice though, to see her. A sight for sore eyes as they say. Just like that Japanese Guest Relations Officer at Le Meridien Hotel, Makiko. Man, she was beautiful, and sooo cute. Sigh.
Oh, and I looked like crap in comparison - unshaven and with my fat tummy bulging in my stupid t-shirt as I slouched in the chair. And Yosh didn’t help the situation either since she, of course, knows of my teeny crush on Anna. So when Yosh was leaving with her friends, she decided to introduce her group to our group one at a time. And when she came around to me, her introduction was rather over-enthusiastic and pointed pretty much at Anna. Actually, come to think of it, I think I’m pretty sure Anna knows about me too. Yosh probably told her everything. Bah.
And so ends another week in the pathetic sad life of Azmi - Captain Inconspicuous.
