Damn, now i’m broke.
Ok. in 10 days… what have i done… hmmm. let’s see. I’ve watched 97 episodes of the anime, Naruto, 27 episodes of Sex & the City. I did buy a new harddisk and have already used up 26GB of it… in 10 days… man… also been downloading lots of software and stuff for my brand new display set Sony Clie. yes, it was a display set. apparently, Sony is stopping retailing of all Clie’s outside of Japan. God knows why. So everywhere i went, all the shops were sold out and i just managed to get mine from the Sony Gallery at Wisma Atria. They gave me a 5% discount on the Clie and threw in a free case and an extra charger… cost me $500 in all. a few tiny dinks and scratches. Otherwise works perfectly, so i’m not really complaining.
ok, i think i had not set up my connection properly or something before but now, surfing and downloading is extremely fast. i love it! I also managed to finally get my phoneline switched back to my name. THANK YOU YOSH!! upgraded my plan to the Premium 1500 since i’m using my phone like crazy coz of work. and also i get a $500 phone voucher every 12 months. But work will only probably pay $150 of my bill a month, but i think that’s alright.
I subscribed to Starhub’s I.Mail today. $30 for 1 year, and i get unlimited access Wireless surfing at over a hundred Starhub wireless surf zones in Singapore. Still, i think Starhub should give this service free for MaxOnline 3000 customers. Singtel is a little more stingy with their wireless access, it’s charged on a per minute basis - 21cents a minute. I just log in using my phone number and stuff. This is where my new Clie comes in! Wee!! I absolutely love my Clie’s Wireless LAN feature. With all these wireless hotspots in Singapore, I can log on anytime and IRC or ICQ or just Surf the net. Hee.
I’m still not completed my shopping. I just need to buy one more thing. A memory stick. I’m not sure how much i should get but i think 512MB should be alright. I’ll probably buy it at the end of the month since my pay will be inflated slightly. Probation period OVER!! 
I also finally applied for my PR. uh.. Permanent Resident status that is. I’ll only get the results in 3 months time which will be November. Hopefully it gets approved. Would make a good birthday present. *Hint*hint* to those who are reading. My birthday is on the 6th of November! Mark your calenders! Hee.
