The home of count dracula!
hehehe. ok so i’ve officially switched to Starhub MaxOnline 3000. Just walked into the starhub shop at the OUB Plaza at Raffles Place and applied for it. Pretty quick too, I must say the service when you’re a new customer is amazing. Though I have heard a bunch of horror stories about starhub technical support and customer service. hmm. let’s hope I don’t have to encounter such an experience.
oh and my mistake, it’s 15% off the subscription rate for 2 years. and NOT 50%. But it’s still pretty good if you ask me: about S$67.40 per month. and I remember a time i was paying S$100.00 a month for unlimited 56K dial-up. times change fast and prices drop quick.
So next on the agenda: Switch my current singtel handphone line back to my name. Yosh, you’ve been really great to have volunteered to use your IC so I can buy my phone and get a new line. but really now, it’s been about a month since i got my employment pass and would really like to switch the phone line back to my name. So i can upgrade the plan and enable IDD calling and all that. Please? And i’d like to apologise for our last conversation. Sorry. But still, let’s get it over with?
Then, i’m getting my Clie. Woohoo.
Oh oh! Funny story. Today during work I had to go to the Embassy of Romania! haha.. and do you know where it is? like.. in the middle of a residential area, there’s these terrace houses all in a row and one of them is the embassy of romania. has this huge romanian flag flying in the garden. But the place looks deserted. and it probably was… I mean, no one answers the phone, all the windows, doors and gates are closed. the grass has overgrown. no sign of life at all. It’s like… Dracula could feel right at home here if he decides to vacation to Singapore. and apply for weekend car at the same time. HAHAHAHA. (sorry, if you don’t get this joke, you’ve not lived.) Or maybe the embassy is only open at night. hur hur.
That’s all for now!
