Putting thoughts to paper…
Yesterday, i got myself a new handphone with a new line too and a new number… it’s a Nokia 6610 with Singtel’s Classic100 plan. And i have to thank Yo again for sponsoring me in using her name to apply for the line. Man, it’s hard getting used to the dictionary again when typing out smses.
Also, i got myself a little notebook. You may not think this is anything significant but everytime i meet up with Yo, we would end up having this playful banter with witty remarks and riffs, basically trying to be as mean as possible to each other. Some of it is actually quite funny. And most of the time, i would say that i should probably right this stuff down. So yesterday finally, we looked around and i finally got one. So now i can put all my little thoughts and ideas down to paper as quickly as possible. Hopefully, I can come up with a web comic with all the material.
Today, i met Nic at orchard for lunch and just basically hung out since both of us were bored. Spent most of the day in book stores. Library@Orchard, Kinokuniya, Borders. Had a good time though, especially during Nic’s li’l shopping spree for munchies and snacks for her private ’stash’ in her room. Nic also offered to draw my webcomic strip if i pass her the story. I imagine it’ll be just like Scrubs.
In other news, i was basically trying to continue my story… and realised that i have some major problems.. not really loopholes.. but more like continuity problems.. I may have to change the entire of Part 1 of the story or at least the dialogue.. well, the changes will be obvious but not very major… although some might argue that any changes that are obvious are major. Hmmm… I guess this is what happens when you don’t plan your story.
