Polite pool hall counter girls are rare.

Alright, let’s see…

On Friday, met Yo for pool. We ended up going to that new pool hall at Parkway Centre. on the 10th floor, as opposed to the one which i usually go on the 5th floor. Anyway, the place was actually quite nice.. they seem to have more tables.. or more big(9 feet) tables anyway… Also, the person at the counter was EXTREMELY polite.. wow.. seldom get that in a pool hall..

Yea, and yo is really turning into an ahlian.. or some gangster.. punk.. something or other…

i had asked Yo to bring some of my stuff which she borrowed, cds and stuff, plus some japanese textbooks which i wanted to borrow. But i forgot to bring a bag, so Yo was such a darling and brought all the stuff back home again. Yea, i know i owe you one. After a good round of pool, both of us had to meet other people in Orchard so we took a bus(36) down.

I went to meet shan, nic and xz for dinner at PS. We ended up going to Burkes cafe inside Times bookshop. I have to say, the entire Plaza Singapura seems to be under construction with a lot of big name shops opening all of a sudden. I guess it could be because of the new North-East MRT Line and also the fact that Dhoby Ghaut MRT is the interchange. Carrefour and Spotlight are two which are opening. Anyway, the dinner was not too bad.. although you could tell it was already precooked and just reheated. But it was still pretty good. LARGE portions and quite value for money.

The weekend was kinda boring… both Sat & Sun i stayed at home mostly.. except to go meet the gang at Daud… or meet people whom i was selling my old computer parts to. Farhan came over on Sat and it was sorta nice to seem him alive and kicking.. haha.. Sunday was pretty boring really…

Argh.. i have driving tomorow… i don’t know why.. but i don’t really look forward to it… hmm…
