Sentosa! Girls! Bikinis!
Ah, 11 days since the last post… quite a bit has happened as you may imagine… a lot can happen in 11 days… i mean, look at that tv series 24. granted my life isn’t that exciting and i don’t work for a shady government agency (although i wish i did, and sometimes i imagine i do).
On.. er.. Tuesday i think, in the morning, went for a walk-in interview for a customer service assistant job for some bank. I was overqualified apparently. They sent me away. Gee..
So what happened was i went to Sentosa! with Farhan, Raizan, Yo and Ayat. but it wasn’t really that much fun… walking around in the heat.. i mean, we were just walking around… took the monorail once (the ONLY sentosa-y thing)… didn’t really visit any attractions.. had lunch at a foodcourt, dinner at burger king. Highlight of the day though, was the beach! Ah, what a feast for the eyes. Girls girls everywhere. In very little clothing too! ahahaa.. Played cards, some beach soccer. Didn’t go into the water though.. since i didn’t bring any extra clothes…
A hilarious thing that happened was when Farhan and Raizan were talking about their platoon-mates. About this guy who apparently had a threesome with two other girls before. And it didn’t occur to us at first, we were just throwing the word ‘threesome’ around like nothing.. and there was this family sitting next to us with a small girl.. like.. 5 or 6 years old maybe. We imagined the conversation:
Girl: “Mommy, what’s a threesome?”
Mom: “Er, honey, it’s when three people go into a room and er.. play cards.”
Girl: “Oh. Okie.”
10 to 14 years later…Girl is out with two guy friends.
Guy1: Man, the holidays are so boring.
Guy2: You said it man, this sucks, there’s nothing to do.
Girl: Hmm.. yea.. hey, wanna have a threesome?
Ok… it was funny at the time…So anyhoo, the next day, i watched Finding Nemo! haha… i was buying tickets online at the stupid website which didn’t seem to want to load the page and before i knew it, i had purchased tickets TWICE. Had to go and sell them to people queueing at the theatre… managed to sell 4 out of 5 extra tickets, not too bad…anywya, it was a really funny and cute story.. and the visuals were just absolutely STUNNING!! but still just too disneyish.. i can’t wait to see what dreamworks has to offer… Farhan mentioned they’re making their own underwater 3D adventure apparently…
Went to Zhaki’s house on Friday and played PS2. Man, i gotta get me one of those… drats.. it was fun, watched animatrix.. and played winning eleven and twisted metal black.. ahh. reminds me of the good old days.. Farhan, Raizan and I met Yo and Jacq later for dinner at BK.. had some fun chit-chatting. and eating.. heh..
Ok, Saturday, went down to East coast beach with Nic, Kay, Cambie and Greg… and basically just relaxed there.. while the rest went kayaking, I read my book, watched the girls go by on their roller blades… slept a little.. i got really tanned… Went down to parkway parade after for lunch at pasta mania! i just love their chicken lasagne.. Deeeelicious. Then played pool for a couple of hours… and just hung around parkway, playing cards… Went to the arcade later and played photo hunt.. hahaa… that game is addictive.. and especially fun with friends and you’re trying to beat the highscore…. hee hee hee…
went straight to Daud after that to meet the usual suspects plus farique, izzdin and fazrin. chatted all the way till 2am and took a cab home.
Next morning, had breakfast with family, gave my dad his father’s day gift.. it was a wallet.. he loved it.. but he had left immediately after that to go to work… hmm..
So that’s it til now… the story thing…. i have no idea.. it’s just gone downhill and i don’t think i can match my own standard i set for the first two ‘chapters’… it just fizzled out… writing is so damn difficult… i can only write actions.. and not thoughts… i have been contemplating turning the whole thing into a screenplay.. but.. ah well.. I’ll complete it when i more inspiration… been watching a bit of anime lately… Cowboy Bebop, Witch Hunter Robin.. and currently Read or Die.
