Notice how different “am” and “pm” are?
I was supposed to play badminton with my friends this morning, 8-10am. Yo had booked the court at Tampines Sports Hall on Wednesday. So i arrived at 7:45am on a SUNDAY and met Fazrin at the entrance. But when we tried to find out which court we booked, the lady at the counter said the courts are fully booked and there’s no record of our booking. We asked her to check against Yo’s IC number and discovered that the court had been booked for 8-10pm. ARRGHHH!!!
So when Yo and Farhan arrives, we ended up going for breakfast instead in our complete badminton attire. We decided we WOULD go back for the 8pm badminton session. Well, me and Faz anyway. Farhan has to book in. =( and Yo said she might be too tired. >=( So Faz went to play soccer with his friends after breakfast and the remaining three of us went to play pool! YAY! I love this game.
Farhan was talking about ex-Starbucks colleague and how he took up a 6 month course and now earns over $4000 a month as a financial advisor. Not bad. But, *sigh*, if only it were that simple.
